Skills and Talents

You know the saying, “it’s better to give than to receive”.

In my experience, it’s completely true, and it doesn’t have to be of monetary value.

I love to give gifts, but I also love to give people laughter and will even make myself the butt of a joke just to see them laugh.

So you see, ‘giving’ can come in many forms, from giving a compliment, giving your physical strength to help someone lift a table, your emotional strength to support someone going through a hard time, giving your expertise, etc.

Speaking of expertise, as I mentioned in the Self-Reflection questions for Flame the Cave, we all have talents and skills that we were born with or developed.

What are 3 talents and/or skills that you use or can teach that would help light a path for others?

Ex:

  • I am a health and wellness coach who can use my knowledge to help others live a better quality of life.

  • I am a health and wellness coach who can train others so they can make an impact on their clients’ lives.

  • I am an artist who incorporates self-growth/discovery to help you find your true self.
